    8. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS

Participation in a Precision Elite Tax Group opportunity does not by itself create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship, or other legal relationship unless specifically established through a separate written agreement. The legal relationship between Precision Elite Tax Group and an individual tax professional will be determined by the applicable written agreement and the actual circumstances of the relationship. Nothing on the Precision Elite Tax Group website should be interpreted as overriding a separately executed agreement.

    9. TAX PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants engaged in tax preparation or related activities are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws and professional requirements applicable to their activities. These responsibilities may include maintaining appropriate registrations, credentials, identification numbers, professional standards, due-diligence obligations, security practices, and other requirements applicable to their role. Precision Elite Tax Group training and resources do not replace a participant's responsibility to understand and comply with applicable law and professional obligations.

    10. ONBOARDING AND INFORMATION COLLECTION

Precision Elite Tax Group may request information reasonably necessary for legitimate business, contractual, tax preparation, security, identity-verification, operational, payment, or compliance purposes. Additional confidentiality obligations may be contained in separate agreements.

    12. ACCOUNT AND SYSTEM ACCESS

If Precision Elite Tax Group provides access to software, portals, communities, training platforms, customer relationship management systems, tax software, or other technology, access is provided solely for authorized purposes. The Precision Elite Tax Group name, branding, logos, training materials, original content, graphics, documents, program names, processes, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Precision Elite Tax Group, LLC unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred merely because an individual purchases or participates in a Precision Elite Tax Group service.

    17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Precision Elite Tax Group may utilize third-party providers for payment processing, tax software, customer relationship management, communications, electronic signatures, training platforms, banking products, or other business functions. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and availability. Precision Elite Tax Group is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond the extent required by applicable law.

    18. WEBSITE INFORMATION

Precision Elite Tax Group attempts to maintain accurate website information but does not warrant that every page will always be error-free, complete, or current. Precision Elite Tax Group reserves the right to correct typographical errors, update information, and modify prospective offerings. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases where doing so would violate applicable law or an existing agreement.

    19. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

Information provided through Precision Elite Tax Group websites, training, social media, webinars, presentations, or educational materials is provided for educational and informational purposes unless expressly identified as individualized professional advice. Participants and website visitors remain responsible for obtaining appropriate legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice for their individual circumstances when necessary.

    20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRECISION ELITE TAX GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PARTICIPATION IN A PROGRAM, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    21. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law and any separate written agreement, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your unlawful conduct, fraud, willful misconduct, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized use of Precision Elite Tax Group systems or materials.

    22. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, you are encouraged to contact Precision Elite Tax Group promptly so the matter can be investigated. Nothing in these Terms prohibits a consumer or cardholder from exercising legitimate rights available under applicable law or card-network rules. Precision Elite Tax Group reserves the right to respond to payment disputes with relevant transaction records and evidence concerning the purchase.

    23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Precision Elite Tax Group may update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date will identify the current published version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and agreement. For purchases requiring acceptance of these Terms, the version presented or incorporated at the time of purchase will govern that transaction unless the parties subsequently agree otherwise.

    24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

    25. NO WAIVER

Precision Elite Tax Group's decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision in the future.

    26. GOVERNING LAW

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separately executed agreement, these Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Precision Elite Tax Group, LLC without overriding any mandatory legal protections that apply to a purchaser or participant.

    27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEPARATE AGREEMENTS

These website Terms do not replace a separately executed enrollment, contractor, confidentiality, software, franchise, licensing, mentorship, or other agreement. Where a separate signed agreement governs a specific relationship, that agreement will control to the extent of a direct conflict concerning that relationship, subject to applicable law.
